2006 – A six unit development with strong architectural lines. Soft yet modern forms that respond to the ambience of the beachfront location. Each building was designed to include private open space, decks and balconies to take in views and natural light. Materials were carefully selected to represent ‘beach houses’, stained timber weatherboards, sand finished cement renders in natural tones, concrete, glass and feature hardwood. Large glazed facades, balconies and roof terraces to take in ocean views.
