Set into a dramatic coastal landscape, the architecture responds directly to the topography, vegetation and distant ocean. Curved forms and a sweeping screen moderate the exposed setting, creating protected outdoor spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the view.

The landscape remains the dominant presence — the architecture frames, shelters and responds to it.
