Drawings, specifications and coordinated consultant input translate the design into precise, buildable information. Our construction knowledge informs decisions about materials, junctions and how the home comes together.

DDA is a registered building contractor. Alongside design and documentation, we can provide full construction and project delivery, including turnkey completion where appropriate.
You may engage us for design and documentation, retain us for support during construction, or continue with DDA through delivery of the completed home. The scope is agreed around your project, with the design intent guiding every stage.
